This house was designed with a Wabi-Sabi strategy and delicate Japandi influences, creating areas that really feel calm, cozy, and deliberately layered. Roman clay and limewash finishes are used all through to introduce depth and tonal richness, grounding the house in heat and texture. Thoughtfully deliberate for a household of 5, and a second collaboration with our shoppers, this 8,500+ square-foot house features a visitor home, double kitchen islands, a devoted children’ wing, health club, recreation room, and even a wrapping paper station! Constructed by Sticks & Bricks Growth with structure by Jim Blochberger, the house sits on the base of Mummy Mountain and displays a refined steadiness of performance, consolation, and timeless design!
