1. 60 sec – Maintain
2. 30 sec – Circles ahead
3. 30 sec – Circles reverse
4. 60 sec – Plates out and in
5. 30 sec – Flight attendant one arm
6. 30 sec – Flight attendant each arms
7. 30 sec – 4 x plates flight attendant mixture
8. 30 sec – All collectively
